The Clarington store has the most insightful customer service representative. From the time you enter this particular store; in comparison to others nearby; it ranks 100% in all aspects Beauty, Knowledge, and Safety. The Manager, I can never say enough about her services she provides. Very uplifting, She extrudes a compassionate heart. She always listens to what your beauty issues are, always asks precautionary questions before handing a customer a product off the shelf. Great Rep

My favourite sallys so far, the girls are amazing, really know there products and treat you like family. The manager is so nice and has an amazing accent, i could talk to her all day so friendly, i always leave spending more than i should. All the girls are so positive and upbeat, that they make me want to work at the Bowmanville store.

visited this sally location this week, fantastic the sales associates were amazing so friendly and were eager to help, explained the product to Me and my mom, Karen and Marissa really know there products and were bouncing ideas off each other to help us, we did not feel rushed and they took their time explaining every detail and writing down the steps for us, even asked us to come back and show them the results Which we will, the store was so clean and organized and easily accessible to get to the products and it smelled so clean and fresh

I was there the other night and I received fantastically friendly and knowledgeable service from lovey Miranda( as I recall). I’ve never there few times before and it’s always been a very pleasant and educating experience. Hands down the best location in the entire GTA! TY girls!

First time in this location and I was very impressed, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store with a big smile. The manager Karen was so helpful and sold me on the Cantu products for my frizzy curly hair. Karen was so friendly and knowledgeable about a lot of her products. I will definitely be stopping into this location more often.

Young blonde girl ruined my hair!!!! She claimed to be a professional!! Now some of my hair is yellow and some is blonde and some is a weird blue colour! I don’t want to bash the entire store because some of the other girls are friendly and nice but they all pointed me towards this girl because she was a “professional”. Don‘t claim to be a professional then recommend products that screws up a persons hair..
