Once they get a manager in there (besides the current one) that knows how to run things and treat people, the store will operate much better!

Had no problem here shopped for a couple of items . Went to cash and paid, Cashier was friendly . Did not use their pharmacy so no review there.

I was buying no name milk because I had shoppers offer and the cashier at this store told me that we are only allowed to buy limit of 8 packs where as there were no sign or any official statement from shoppers. The guy was very rude so I left my whole shopping from this store and will. Buy from another store. I am a regular buyer at shoppers and this is the first time I have experienced this type of attitude.

Awful experience. Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve visited in my entire life. Rude, inconsiderate pharmacy staff. Terrible service. I live 2 minutes away and I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. Pharma Save in Bowmanville is a far better choice for a much more personal and friendly experience. I don’t usually make bad reviews but this Shoppers Pharmacy is just terrible. It’s really a shame...

I usually visit this Shoppers as it is my favourite although it is not the closest to me. My visit today was very disappointing. There was no security guard or staff member limiting the number of shoppers inside the store. There were some markings on the floor to guide one way flow in the aisles, but it was in no way being followed, and at least 40-50 people were in the store. You would think it was a normal, non-pandemic, busy summer day. I understand that social distancing cannot be enforced but I would expect that the number of shoppers would be limited in order to keep everyone safe and spaced out. I will not be returning anytime soon.
