Very good service and tea. Hope to keep some Star Bucks in Canada including selling some groceries, some ice cream, more fresh made cakes and desserts. This will prevent future closure in case of Pandemics.

Thoughtfully run during COVID. The staff were lovely, worked together, and looked so calm despite the place ABSOLUTELY TEEMING with customers. They directed traffic well to keep safety protocol in place. Even though it was really stressful, they were great - all smiles and apologies (they did not need to apologize! Coffee is a privilege not a right). Our order was perfect and we really appreciate this luxury during a time when we are all doing our best to keep each other safe. Thanks for the warm drinks and warm reception. We will be back!

Great service and always friendly. I'm a regular and it's awesome to be addressed by my first name when they see me come in. Occasionally it is slow but I totally understand with the amount of orders from online and in-store customers. Keep up the great work guys and gals.

I ordered online, came to pick up my cookie crumble frapp and it was in another cup. The whip all squished down and my cookie crumble forgotten. I asked where the cup was and the response was we ran out. Well honestly dont sell them then for the rest of the night. I spend 7.50 on this drink every time i order and i expect more with a drink that costs that much. I didnt even go back in to say not only is it in a terrible cup choice but its not even made right.

Outstanding customer service. Love the new curbside pick up as a new mom during a pandemic. It wasn't working on my app but an employee not only still brought my drink out but absolutely brightened my day. Keep it up
