Cannot Express how amazing the customer service is here! After switching phone providers, the previous provider would not help me unlock my phone. The manager (last name Lopez.. sorry I don't remember your first name) at this telus location was very patient, going through multiple resources to assist me in unlocking my phone. Would recommend this location anytime and so happy to have switched providers!

If I could give 0 stars I would... telus corporate had the absolute worst customer service ever!!! They keep you on hold for ever, transfer you to wrong people and dont offer any assistance.

There is slow customer service at this location , need a better manager in store to help staff work faster. I stood waiting for 45 mins and I thought by the time I can get my phone it will be another 45mins to 1 hr. So I left. I will have to call ahead to book time to pick up my phone . This has happened twice since I have been there. I don’t think this is reasonable, maybe it’s me but I would try another location for quicker service. I won’t be back ! Make sure you have time to wait standing !
