Do not use their online order service... constant errors, and consistently late on pickup times... currently sitting waiting for my order, phone has been ringing for over half an hour... and there are like 30 people here waiting... extremely poorly managed and a horrible experience that will ensure that I never use this service again... have had this issue at least 3 times in the past this was their last chance. I was able to write this whole review and my phone is still ringing lol 35 minutes and counting *update* after 45 minutes of ringing we used another phone to call again... got through after a few minutes and were told the phones were messing up... and that there were 10 orders ahead of ours and it would be another hour or so before they could get to us... we cancelled the order and were told we would have to wait up to 10 days for a refund... many bad experiences culminating with tonight’s shenanigans will ensure we never shop there again

It’s hit and miss really. Sometimes some good things happen but sometimes situations frustrate me. Today I had a really bad online order experience. They called and said they were behind. So I called at my scheduled time to check in. They said probably 45 minutes late. I had my husband leave work and go 1.5 hours after scheduled pick up time. They said it would be another 1.5 hours! We have a 1 and 4 year old. This level of disorganization does not work. I’d understand if this was a one off thing, but it has happened before
