Don't know if the other reviewers got a discount or I just fell through the slot. Had a small case, black and white, just sub 200. Called explained, rather than say we'll to be honest we're busy or we'll it may not be worth it if you don't hear back. I got yes I'll get him too call you back.... so I sat waiting. Silence. Funny thing is I'm looking for a lawyers for my limited company. I've been paying 700 for legal cover and thought I'd rather save that money in an account and have a relationship with a company that knows us. Always handy and those cases if happened would average 170k. Oh dear. I'm with their competitor now anyway . All the best.
