I have been going to Box Hill Medical Centre for approximately 20 years, the last 10 years I have been seeing Dr Law, and highly recommend him. At my current age of 57 I can truly say Dr Law is the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly doctor I have known. The staff are friendly and helpful, always a pleasure to visit the clinic.

Came here to take a blood test. There are COVID safe steps to follow which was great but the receptionist here was extremely rude (middle age woman short hair with glasses). Her tone was extremely abrupt. I would suggest clear signage outside guiding patients COVID-safe procedure to follow rather than disgruntled and abrupt receptionist telling you what to do.

The Unbalanced Chemist

I've been attending this practice for many many years and my GP was Dr Law. He was clearly the best doctor I'd ever met and he was just so friendly, understanding and chatty. However, if you have a bunch of chronic medical conditions and your health keeps getting worse but there are no concrete answers or diagnoses for the worsening of symptoms, you will experience a complete change in attitude. Suddenly, you're treated like a nuisance, you're reminded regularly what a medical mystery you are as if you're some sort of freak and no-one else in the world shares your situation. Best of all, they try to get rid of you and they suggest you attend another medical centre for a second opinion. So, if like me you have multiple conditions and you're experiencing some complications but your test results are not abnormal enough to warrant a diagnosis, don't bother going there. you'll save yourself some heartache. Go somewhere where they care about your health and don't mind going through a long and arduous journey with you to get you a diagnosis.

My doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. (So are the receptionists, btw.) He does what has to be done with occasional extra checks of my general health but doesn't waste time unnecessarily. Very satisfactory!

Dr Wang is the best GP I have ever had. However, the service of the reception is extremely poor. Today my 2 yo son had an appointment with Dr Wang. The receptionist Jessy treated us very impatiently. She checked my son's temperature and told us "Leave him outside" as my son was crying. I understood that but the way she talked makes me feel like my son was some sort of waste. And then guess what, she forgot to check us in and made us wait for an hour. Literally I had to ask Dr Wang when he came out and no one even cared about us when we wait. I hope the owner of the clinic can read this comment and provide the basic customer service trainings for the reception team. - From the message of a very disappointed mother
