The website says they’re open until 9. No hours are posted. They apparently closed at 7 on St. Patty’s Day and the girl was super rude when we knocked at 7:15. Post hours and don’t be rude! We weren’t the only people who thought you were open.
Owner/manager is just difficult. Doesn't always open or close the store at the advertised times. Doesn't want to open a new container of ice cream because it will be too hard to scoop (I'm not making this up). Won't make a milkshake with anything but vanilla ice cream and won't say why. Ridiculous.
My experience with them was horrible my family of 8 was waiting Patiently in line while it was cold and it was several groups before us that entered the place to get their ice cream an came out with no problem.! It was 6 kids and 2 adults. Before we can all walk in the lady cut into us an looked at us rude an going to say oh ! The capacity is only 6 how many of y’all is it ? Remind you all of us haven’t even walked in the place yet. Then she’s going to say it’s not my rules it’s there policy. But literally the family before us was just about 8 people. So I’m not sure if it was because we were African American or what but she was very rude an expected us to still stand outside or yet have the kids wait outside even though we all had our mask on an was still doing social distancing. So my experience at this place will never receive any of my services unless they have more respectful employees an actually apply the policy to everyone an she not pick an choose who she want to go by it. We were literally the last group so all of the kids was very disappointed an upset after how long we waited to be treated rude.
