Extremely rude people! Not helpful in any way and speak to customers like they are wasting their time. All employees and owners argue and scream at each other constantly. Place is a joke

Excellent to deal with. I needed mulch for a couple of properties that we own. I found Brad great to work with. I was able to pick up fresh shredded tree bark from their stock pile. Additionally, last winter I needed a large, live faced 24’ plank of white pine for a shelf I was building over an archway in our home. After searching available stock, they found me a “perfect” piece of lumber that they cut from a huge pine. Beautiful! I highly recommend Matelski’s for Michigan made lumber and forestry products.

Huge waste of money. Ordered S4S douglas fir for 4 door projects and it wasn't even close to S4S. The worst shape I've seen lumber in. Unrepairable dents and blemishes, I even over ordered so I could have enough and ALL of it was damaged. Have tried MULTIPLE times to make contact with Randy to figure something out but no callback or anything.
These are old friends that I had not seen in several years. Their retail operation is extremely business.
