I lived in that apartment community for 2 years I had to move out 3 months before my contract was over as a consequence they charged 2 months fees. I clean the place the night before returning the keys and they still charged me 95 for cleaning and 105 carpet cleaning and 190 for painting. But Before I moved in I was told that they replaced the carpets and repaint the apartments before someone else move in. It cost me more 3 grand after I moved out. No matter how good you take care your unit they will find a way to charge when you leave. Please stay away of the place at all cost because it will cost you more to move out than to move in. If you have kids for forget about it. I'm gonna make sure I tell my friends and family to stay away from them.
