This is the worst place ever lived.. we’ve been in Trapped for six months we were supposed to move out September but the elevator broke in June was supposed to take two months to fix took them 6 months now can find rentals in full season and they decided to charge me rent month to month at extra 250 a month .. all building are collapsing and massive cement work started with only 5 days notice and jack hammering all day ,building shaking ..can’t sleep for days can’t work from home and they changed the country club into a office by the pool..we got sick from the roof chemicals during Covid as they decided to redo the roofs while we were stuck inside for state mandate .. cars are getting damaged from construction.. constant car break ins . Stay away from this place we currently are getting legal advice as the Managment office won’t open the door to talk or take our calls

This place is terrible they chose to do construction when they everyone is home due to a pandemic and it is so loud you can not get any work done and that is all you hear it is so annoying
What a trash palace. Elevators never work. Neither does anyone at the leasing office. Nobody cares about any maintenance issues whatsoever and parking is a nightmare.
I have been here for over a year and at least every month they are doing some kind of construction to the apartments. They decide this is the perfect time to do roofing.. while everyone is home because of the virus. .... Elevator breaks at least every 2 weeks, washers and dryers break about every time I go to use it, my car is filthy because of all the dust and berries from the trees in my parking spot, and the gates stay open at night. The price of apartments are way too high for a building this old.
