Wanted to go shopping but I walked in and the lines were wrapped around the back of the store while there were 2 cashiers and another employee sweeping. The sweeper should’ve been on a register but she wasn’t , so we left.

My Christmas shopping at Boynton beach Burlington this year had been nothing less than a wonderful experience. The representative name was Emily (I hope I got the name right, A very lady.), went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. I would make that girl the customer service manager of my company on a heart beat. Great job Emily!!!

Don't you guys ever pick up the phone there ? Or is there a robot managing the store? Almost everyday I call there to try to get through to someone, no one ever picks up.not even the store manager. You guys must be short staffed or just plain rude. Come on... Is there any professional people that exist there at all? Wowwww!

Sad to say, but I had to deal with very rude staff today. My receipt says "Sarah." I had a return shoes that had an edge that was cutting my son's foot. These shoes were worn for less than an hour and just bought. Well, she automatically said No without hearing my reason. After calling a manager, she was able to process the return, I get home, and she returned something different! Something I believe was cheaper than the toddler shoes that I bought.

Well organized sections. Clothing section was neat on the racks. Good prices for quality items. Small hat selection. Plenty of packaged gifts for the holiday season. Friendly cashiers which helps get over the wait to cash out. Got good buys here.

Manager has his own rules. We can’t return the item to get store credit within the time Burlington return policy. Cashier says manager doesn’t allowed return in this store even is states in Policy. I guess he is the owner and don’t care what return policy says. Most stupid thing I ever heard. But cashier advice to other Burlington they would gladly return the item
