Visited this location many times. Usually a good if not great experiences. Staffs are always friendly and upbeat. Specials are worth the price and well proportioned. On our last visit we ordered the 3 for 10 deal which includes your choice of soup or salad, a selection of entrees and drink. With the exception of one of the soup being cold, the rest of the foods were tasty and satisfying. We would continue returning to this location in the future.

My daughter and I have been coming to this Chili’s for several years. But today’s service warranted a 5 star review. Our server Matt was on point. One of our appetizers hit the table before our drinks. Our remaining food was brought out minutes later by 2 people. Matt was quick and responsive to our requests and kept checking in on us. Highly recommend this location.
Great atmosphere. Not very busy. Went there for lunch with my girlfriend. Food was good but not exceptional. I had the chicken fajitas and they came out only luke warm. Fajitas should be sizzling and very hot to enjoy. Quality of the food was good though. Drinks were good.
Really incredibly disappointed in the service here. The last few times, the chicken has been rubbery and awful. This last time, I had pieces that were completely raw and uncooked to the point where it touched the rest of my food and got me incredibly sick. Decided to call them to please make sure they pay better attention and instead I get told the GM will call (they never did) and did I go to the doctor? Really disgusting that I can call letting you know your food was severely undercooked and you showed zero concern and instead asked if I went to do a doctor— the implication being I was trying to get something for free. Literally just wanted to make sure the kitchen knew because it was unacceptable. Would rather go further out of my way to a different chili’s.
Chili's has good thin chips with Salsa. When you sign up for their program them are free. We had the quesadia salad and it was tasty. The chicken was made well. I thought the dressing was on the sweet side.
It seems that every time we go to this location we have a bad experience. The bartenders are rude, never seem to smile and I realize they have masks on now. No one ever says thanks. This last time was the worst. We needed a table for 5, when we got there no tables available because they are still acting like Covid just started and only using part of the bar and restaurant area. We were told to leave the bar area because they could only have a certain amount of people at the bar. Then we sat for 20 min waiting for a table to be available. That never happened so we left. Terrible.
We typically catch NFL games at a Chili's but our last 2 visits at this location have had lackluster results. We experienced the same service person on both visits; 1 when busy and 1 not so busy. The sad truth is when it was not so busy, take your minimally acceptable level of service and that's what we got. That one fast food chicken joint with the red logo blows the doors off from the service we got and the barely warm food.
I go to this special restaurant once a month since I enjoy the good air that is unique to this place. The personel is awfuly welcoming and qualified. The service is absolutely efficient. Most important, the food they prepare is great. I have been there more than once and I was never disappointed. The pay is decent. I recommend this restaurant to to all.
