Came in today and the wonderful young lady Ayana helped me and my daughter out. She was AMAZING !!! Very patient and outgoing !!!

Buyer beware. Girls here only want to make money and upcharge you. I came in to have my daughter’s ears pierced and told them specifically that I didn’t want to pay extra for the ear piercing solution. When I got home I got the feeling to go look online and make sure that the pricing was right and low and behold they charged me 12 extra for a solution I did NOT want. When I brought up the issue to the store manager she didn’t even want to hear it. Thank goodness I called corporate first and got the return authorized. This must be something they do all the time to make extra money. Be careful and don’t let these young girls hustle you.

My grand daughter, got me in this store. And went game on me.i spent so much time and money. She was so happy, she's 6 years old and I didn't think she knew about this store. But I guess she did.anyways she left all happy,not me.i give them a 5 because my granddaughter new more about this store.

All Claire's stores are a little messy and they have been since I was a little girl but that's a trademark and it's only because they have so much too choose from. Trinket heaven. This one is in the boynton beach mall.

Rude employees. I went there today with my daughter and we left our credit card at the prior store so could not buy the items she picked. The cashier got mad and said she "literally had to put the items back after she bagged them" Also other people were asking her questions and she answered with her back to them. I have been shopping in Claire's since I was a teenager and I will not be returning to this location. Super rude staff. Claire's please do some visits from the corporate office and get rid of these type of employees. Thank you.
