The office is understanding they try to comply with every problem they hear the manger are hard trying to do their work and comply the crew I always see going crazy to fix everyone problems if you try to speak nice and stop inforceing you might see being nice and try to understand you will see a how thing will look the office worker are trying to keep up and the mantince worker try hard to but you have to be clean around your own place sweep your outside your door and keep the garbage out your front door so no ants or bugs come to your home

Appointment are roach infested !!There are roaches in the refrigerator and oven... God for bid you wake up in the middle of the night and walk in your kitchen and see the whole floor moving \u200d️\u200d️ when you call them to come spray the apartment they always have an excuse\u200d️\u200d️ or just don’t show up at all... not to mention Maintenance is horrible anything that breaks over there you’ll be lucky if they come fix it within the next month or two.... and Laurie one of the apartment managers kids sell drugs out of her appointment \u200d️\u200d️\u200d️ and Her kids and their friends are responsible for most of the break-ins in the apartment complex but yet there still live there.

I have never ever was late with the rent we have paid our rent on time for 3 years the apartment did not notify us of our lease renewal we opt to leave and not renew lease At the office Darlesa brown the property manager signs a document stating we owe them 2130 We ended our lease on February 2019 we have not lived at the apartment in March at all. The lease contract ended february a 12 month lease. Stay away from these apartments i will post photos of black mold we had a water leak their maintenance unit never fixed we are currently in the middle of a lawsuit. Stay far aways
