This place is insane. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy, you can bet on that. It was bad before but since they’re doing virtual visits, it’s hell. You just can’t call and talk to someone, you are put on hold and made to listen this diatribe about how great theirnservicesn. I have waited all day to talk to someone of flesh and bone, not an electronic substitute. I was supposed to have an appointment last Thursday, but they never called. And because of that, I have not been able to get my prescriptions refilled. Even my pharmacist can’t get hold of anyone. If you’re considering this company, don’t.

Beyond unprofessional. First off I'd like to say the doctors have all been very nice. The organization and appointment system is an utter cluster**** I've had my appointments moved without any notice to me, and with the telehealth appointment I was told I needed to keep open a two hour window because the call may come up to one hour before or after my appointment time, as if that's at all reasonable for anyone who works. Today I was supposed to to have an appointment and they just never called me. I tried to contact the office to find out what the fk happened and I was never able to get through to a person not was my request for a callback returned. I'm not sure these people know they're supposed to be providing MEDICAL CARE or that letting people suddenly go through withdrawal isn't good care. I'd expect better costumer service from a gdm cable conpany.

Please avoid this place at all costs. Do not make the same mistake I did. I just saw this practice accepted my health insurance so I went ahead and booked without reading the reviews FIRST. A mistake I will never, ever make again. My therapist is super cool and super nice. The psychiatrists however... could honestly do a much better job with following through, sending in erx’s in a timely manner, calling you in in a timely fashion, and not rushing the appointments. The list goes on. I made the decision to leave. It does not feel like a personalized approach to medicine here. I keep getting ignored when I check in about a prior authorization for a medication prescribed over 3 weeks ago.

If I could give 0*’s I would. It’s a factory. The office staff is terrible too! Be prepared to wait on hold forever with them. If you were feeling bad before, you are going to feel worse after waiting on them! The practitioners are always late using telehealth too & if you go there you are going to have a long wait. Steer clear of this place!
