Used Cube Smart for 4 months. Friendly staff , followed Covid protocols and good service. David was helpful when we were moving out. He helped with a small issue. I would definitely recommend Cube Smart to anyone looking for storage.

What a great experience! I originally had reserved a storage unit somewhere else and when they were not in when I went to sign the papers, I went to this location instead. We received a friendly greeting from David, the general manager, who was so helpful and a delight to talk to. He explained everything perfectly and was accommodating in finding the perfect unit to meet my needs. I highly recommend this CubeSmart location for your storage needs.
Very friendly and professional! Dropped a star for not being told up front that the unit they were going to give me had a huge support beam in the middle of it. Things I didn’t like is that if you want to register online you are forced to purchase a lock and the insurance and I don’t like being forced to do anything but they were nice and I went into the office to do the registration instead. The other thing is that the unit that they were originally going to give me had a huge square support beam In it which took up allot of space and nobody told me that up front but luckily there was a unit that just opened up that didn’t have the pole in the middle of the unit. The units with the support beams should be disclosed as not a true 10x10 space and should have been disclosed or offered at a discounted rate. But ultimately I’m happy with the unit I received and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them but I would definitely ask if there are any poles or support beams in the middle of the storage space that they assign to you! I would have been very unhappy to have signed up online and been forced to pay almost 20 for a lock and then also have to pay for insurance just to find out there wasn’t a space available with a true 10x10 of storage space available. Things I like was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They made the experience a pleasure. Also I like the rental space discount currently being offered.
Ease of access ( w/ the exception of the long door code)
Only one thing I did not like inside of my unit had a thing that was taken a lot of space. I wish I can find another one with more space for the same price
I have been a customer of CubeSmart in Boynton Beach, FL for many years and I have never had any issues with changing units, making payments or even speaking with the staff at CubeSmart. While there have been many changes, Joann has and continues to be a great customer service representative and the Face for CubeSmart at this location. She worries about your unit. She takes the time to give you a courtesy call if your payment is due, to remind you to make your payment. She puts her customers first and that is something you do not see very often nowadays. If you are looking for a great storage facility to hold your items, whether long term or short, call JoAnn at Cube Smart in Boynton Beach at the 3010 Congress Avenue location! You won't regret it!. If I could give 10 stars I would!
