I am extremely happy with the work and customer service I received at David Barry Jewelers. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by several of the staff and they were very nice to me. I was practically treated as family. I wanted a custom made engagement rings, and all I needed to do was provide some pictures. When I went to pick up the ring, all my expectations were blown away. It was money well spent! I'll be using David Barry Jewelers for all my jewelry needs as they provide top notch quality for competitive prices. They are very professional and do incredible work!

I could not be any happier with my experience at David Barry Jewelers! The entire staff was first class all the way, & treated me like a VIP. I was shopping for my anniversary, the sales woman, I believe her name was Caren was most helpful in assisting me with various options, she even offered me coffee and water. I was very excited with my selection, on top of it, they gave it a fresh polish to the gorgeous necklace and matching earrings I selected. While I waited, for the Jewelry to be boxed up, Caren had the Jewelers clean my jewelry. The cherry on top of it all was the owner I believe he was, inspected both pieces before being packed up, and thanked me for the business, class act all the way! BTW my wife loves the set and I will definitely be returning to David Barry's! Thank you again!!!! Highly reccomend

I found the owner to be rude and confrontational. They were unable to locate my jewelry and eventually found it on top of one of their display cases, which anyone could have walked out with. This showed no regard for protecting my property. They even tried hustling me for more money. The only thing worse then the owners attitude was the quality of he repair.

(Wow... I don't know what store this last person who reviewed this went to.) I couldn't be more pleased with the diamond earrings David Barry Jewelers designed for my girlfriend. I could have easily spent a ton more somewhere else for similar quality. The "family style" service and a personal touch that only a private jeweler can provide is worth the 200 miles I drove to not only make this purchase, but also the process leading up to the purchase. The questions they asked me, the care they took when explaining my options, and the genuine care the Franks (owners) had when working with me were top notch. This place doesn't pretend to be a super fancy chain like "Tiffany's" or somewhere in the mall, but they have a great selection and one of the owners even designs some of the jewelry. After being frustrated with the selection for the price elsewhere, I am so glad I found David Barry. This place is a diamond in the South Florida area and I will continue to make jewelry purchases there unless they get sold to a big chain of course.
