This is a super cool review five stars for not repairing my Mac but for referring me to a Mac authorize service center that was able to get my screen repaired for free instead of charge me money to repair it in the house. It is truly awesome to hear a company that values taking care of the customer more than the short term profit of charging me for a screen when it was able be fixed for free elsewhere, great job guys .....I’m a customer for life. josh Barnes is the man !!

I came in on the 9th and spoke with Ani about my broken iPhone 6s screen that I dropped at work. I was devastated, but he assured me that it was fixable and wouldn’t take long. He came back with my phone and it was like it never dropped at all ! I highly recommend this place to all my friends. My second time coming back to Ani and when you come to Experimac you get the customer service experience!

The staff was highly professional and knowledgable. They did not try to over sell us and suggested only what was needed. They were also very timely in identifying the issue, getting back to us for approval and implementing whatever repairs or changes were mutually agreed upon. I will definitely use them for any future repairs or purchases of used or new Apple Products.
