I love coming here with my fiance, their weekend deals are always great since it's a factory outlet store. I find what I'm looking for 9/10 times and with a %60 discount if not more I'm always satisfied. I highly recommend you come here on weekends since most of their best sales are active Saturday and Sunday.
I was at the store few days ago I think May 31, around 8:30, my experience at the cash register was great! A young man, very well mannered, assisted me and others clients offering all the promotions that Express has without pushing the sell, only in a convenient way to save money. I am very satisfied with the service, I think this young man deserve recognition for providing excellent customer service.
They wouldnt accept my coupon even though it was 100%valid. Whats the point of offering coupons if you cant accept them!
The store manager Nicole has no respect for the store or her employees. I enjoy shopping in this store, but she the worst customer service I will never shop in this store again. How did she get that position but i feel bad for all her employees. Lost a good customers and many more.
The lady working there started to yell at me for opening up a shirt for my son to try on. Extremely rude. Will never go back there. She could have said it nicely. Her exact words were “ you are not allowed to open up the shirts” she grabbed the shirt and let out a big nasty groan. There’s no sign posted saying otherwise. They lost my business!
