My legs were very hot during this massage and after expressing my discomfort nothing was changed. After the massage I showed multiple employees that my knees were swollen, and burned and they sent me out and said it was a reaction and I would be fine. It turns out I had severe burns and when I called for a refund they expressed they would send me one. After not receiving my refund I called them back and learned that there had been no refund issued. Since then, they have been ignoring and dodging my calls.

Feel Well Day Spa is absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage this Valentine’s Day and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely kind and the customer service was exceptional. Hands down it was the best massage we’ve ever had. It was super relaxing and most definitely would recommend to anyone!

I loved everything about this spa and their staff. Very professional, you get the time you pay for and let’s not forget about the service it was excellent . My husband and I enjoy our masseuse. Our day was everything just like this Spa. We will most definitely be back!!! Thanks Charlene and staffs you all was just wonderful!!!!

Massages were excellent! Staff was very friendly and easy going. No rushing, which is common in my experience once massage is done. The owner was at the counter and was very polite and concerning about our experiences which tells me she cares. Will return and be sure to tell others

This place was absolutely amazing!!! My mom and I went in for a massage and facial for my birthday and they were all so sweet in there!! The front desk was very welcoming and guided us through the whole experience well. Our masseuses, Carlene and Nisha were fantastic! I’ve never been so relaxed in my life!! I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place!
