Zero Stars !!! Elizabeth the office manager is rude and has no care or compassion for patients as well as her colleagues. I had a 230 appt today for my child. He has been waiting to get a physical for weeks since he came from out of state. We were given the 2623 S. Seacrest Blvd suite 112 address. Once we were informed ,after waiting for intake with another patient, we were at the wrong office, we were given the correct address. 709 S Federal hwy suite 3 “2nd fl”. The office staff at Seacrest called and explained we were at the wrong office and were on our way. As I was driving to the next location I received a call from 709 S Federal saying they would have to reschedule because we were a 1/2 hour late. I explained we were not and it was now only 20 mins and the staff had contacted their office about the mix up and we were in transit. The office mgr. Elizabeth said the Dr. was leaving and they couldn’t not take my child and I needed to reschedule and the next appt is 30 days from now. I asked “ Why would your office tell us to come first and then you call and cancel, and it’s not even 30 mins?” She said it’s too late and the Dr. is leaving. Explained that we have waited a month for the appt. shouldn’t the concern be for the child’s education? She said her CEO is Sienna and there’s nothing she can do. Didn’t offer an emergency appt on tomorrow or anything sooner or and alternate office. She treated us like trash so she and the Dr. could leave for the day. I have never experienced such poor phone etiquette. The mistake was on their staff, I physically had the address written down that the person called to set up the appt. gave . No one took responsibility for their mistakes and could care less if my child loses a month of education due to there negligence. I can’t even begin to imagine the bedside manners, if this is how they treat you before you even become a patient. Stay far away from this place

This is a review for their dental office: They don’t answer you calls! If you have an appointment be prepared to wait about an hour. The dental hygienist didn’t clean my teeth properly. If you go to this dentist because you have liberty dental insurance go to Sky Dental! They are the best and so much nicer.

I started to go to genesis after a very bad complicated migraine/ stroke and just staying with a facility that is connected with my hospital of choice that is close to home. The staff have always been helpful to me and assist me with any referrals needed. I was able to be seen when sick no appointment. Like any other doctor office depending on the patient volume sometimes your out fast and sometimes you have to wait. I’m always prepared to wait knowing that the doctor and staff is simply helping others before me. It’s all about effective communication and sometimes doing your own due diligence if a referral is needed. This is my preferred provider

Almir the receptionist or scheduler, what ever he is. Has the worst attitude, is unfit to handle patients correctly, and the level of unprofessionalism is childish. He Never told us that it was a telemedicine appointment until the day of the appointment and we arrived at 8 to the office to be turned away with distasteful attitude. To be completely honest this individual deserves to be jobless and is unfit to give proper and professional customer service.
