Horribly managed. Campbell property group runs this place and they have not been able to get the gate fixed to the condos here. I mean is 12 months not enough. Look elsewhere. Office is rude and inept.

This place isn’t safe. Yes they check documentation when it comes to residents and felons are prohibited from taking residency but under lease legal terms, we aren’t allowed to call in the police. There aren’t any gates for the townhouses & village in general; therefore, it gives a criminal opportunity to just waltz in and the houses are unprotected. The apartments and condos do have gates, but the gates are always breaking and leaving space for many car to drive in and out without codes. I wouldn’t recommend living here because , if you’re serious about safety, we aren’t safe here as in terms of calling the police and we aren’t a gated community and the town houses are open to criminal activity. It’s a shame that we have this rule on our lease and yet, we can’t have the simple privilege of calling the police in case of emergency. It’s a high priced place, that’s not the cleanest or has an affluent ambiance and the lease is a metaphorical ball and chain.

Nice looking new places built during the boom. I almost bought one until I went there and looked around. My real estate attorney said look out for govt assisted housing projects for developments than can not get sold. Yes indeed the developer turned some of this into section 8 govt assisted housing...I spoke to a resident that said lots of break ins with the cars in the parking lot. My lawyer said run - do not walk away...

This used to be a lovely place to live that was very well kept... Now its just an expensive place to live that is not well maintained.
