As the only sibling of a dear loved one suffering with substance abuse disorder, it is with great pleasure that I share what a positive impact HARC has had on my family. My brother first arrived at HARC in May. After a relapse and a desired change of setting, he recently found his way back to HARC when seeking the close care, individualized treatment, and family involvement that he couldn’t find at any other facilities in the area. My brothers therapist calls me once a week to check in with me and answer any questions I may have. The therapy team is truly phenomenal and the medical staff has treated my brother’s medical issues as their first priority, doing whatever necessary to expedite his doctors appointments and provide him with transportation. The program director, Jared, made it a priority to make sure that my brother and the other residents were set up with a wonderful Christmas dinner so that they could celebrate their achievements together during what must have been a difficult holiday for them being away from their families. I’m so grateful to be able to sleep at night knowing that my brother is receiving the most exceptional care possible during such a challenging time in his life.

ZERO STARS! This place is a complete joke! They only care about your money. They don’t care about your loved ones. Since y’all are now ignoring my questions I will hire an attorney! I’m done with y’all! Y’all are so shady.. we need answers that y’all simply do not care enough about.. we need closure.. because of y’all my son lost his father!! My brother died while in their care almost 3 weeks ago. They are unwilling to release all medical records, won’t return calls, and still have not returned his items which includes a car. We are devastated to say the least . This is an unbelievable pain to have to worry about on top of our loss. I’m so sorry y’all were in network with his insurance, another place any place may have saved him. I’m truly in agreement with prior reviews, y’all are in it for the money. Shame on you and God bless you all .

My cousin died in their care (or lack there of) due to their extreme gross negligence. I am appalled at how they treat their patients and even more disgusted about how they treat grieving families. They are refusing to release records and personal belongings, including a car. If not for my cousin's sake but for the sake of your loved one, pick anywhere else.
