This is a cool product! My master bath shower and vanity look great and my neighbors and friends are constantly impressed. Its like artwork used as a building material. They were pretty easy to deal with and they custom matched the color to fit our design. It took some time to get it customized but was well worth it.
I just had a custom material made for my kitchen with Kinon. This was the ultimate design experience! It was an absolute pleasure to communicated with my sales rep Fa. It took us a few weeks to develop the color and patterns, but it was well worth the time! I am so glad I didn’t pick a material right of the shelf from another company. My kitchen looks stunning! Kinon really has a natural feel I love!
Amazing product. Have used it in my residences and office for years. Not only unique and beautiful but also very durable. Cant say enough good things about the product and company service.

For my most valued client, my sub-contractor has placed 2 orders with Kinon since 2012. The 2012 order was fine. Our order placed in May of 2017 was bad from the start and ended with my client having to live with a product that was not up to our standards, or the standards of our order in 2012. From the start, it took 4 weeks to get product samples from Kinon. The entire 20000 order had to be paid in full before the order was placed. The product from Kinon arrived 3 weeks late, forcing us to install a temporary finish. Upon arriving 5 or the finished panels we ordered were filled with blemishes call fish eyes. Kinon's salesman, FA M, and Kinon VP Michael W took zero responsibility for the blemishes on the product. They stated within their system there was no way of preventing the fish eyes. We countered their statement by saying if you can provide product with more then half without blemishes, why not provide all product with out blemishes. They sent photos of their samples with fish eyes. But the same samples we held in our possession had zero fish eyes. This was not explained by the Kinon staff. My phone conversation with Michael W ended after he stated our client was worth enough money that they could afford to take a loss on the money spent for their product. I since placed 4 calls to Kinon President Richard S and have not received a call back. Kinon uses their product disclaimer as an end all be all for their product finish to cover them shelves. That disclaimer doesn't cover their lack of being professional and making sure their clients are happy with the Kinon product.
