Very cool place to live, had the chance to live here some months and it is really amazing, private beach, jacuzzi, green, safe, very cool

What a wonderful place to want to live, however after viewing the roach infested apartment my close friend lives in, I will pass on moving there. To bad I can't get my application fee back! They already have terrible reviews and my friend told me management could careless. She is moving out as well. I would pay not to live there. You have to bug them to get rid of the bugs! lol

Nasty customer service. Walked in to view a place to compare to Renaissance commons and staff was standing around speaking spanish. No one even greeted me. I guess if i spoke spanish they would have spoken to me. Terrible!! FYI, I left. With so many choices these days it is important to feel welcomed! I guess these guys did not get the memo! Never again

Do not move to manatee bay apartments or olen living. Place is a swamp! Your apartment will flood when it rains! Water comes up to your calf muscles and management does not care. I thought the new manager would at least warn us instead she is never around just like the last drunk manager before her! Worst office staff ever and your problems will not be answered by anyone! Save yourself! This place deserves 0 stars and negative 0 for management!

I just signed lease have not moved in yet. I honestly wasn’t going to go to boynton but Evon knew I had black mold in my previous place and she didn’t sell me on manatee bay she actually cared about my well being very good person and she is honest. The staff definitely isn’t rude at all just busy. They still make time. Not sure about payments and stuff yet and their connection with corporate but I hope this is good experience because the one I have now is horrid.
