Carrie & Charles were great 'hosts'. Provided lots of great information and were so helpful!! Honestly there's 5 other storage places within a few block radius and after checking them out, I knew theirs was the place I wanted to rent. They made sure all our codes worked and that we were happy. Their rates are very competitive and the storage area is clean and well maintained. Thanks to both of them for great service.

Carrie was so professional from the beginning. She tried to help us as soon as we walk in. When we couldn’t decide she got Charles to help us on the different options that could best fit our needs and today we left very happy with a new storage Unit. Thank you so much Carrie and Charles!

Today I had the most great experience with Charles and Carrie. I move a lot and I hate just the idea, but this couple is amazing. He greeted me with my name he was already waiting for me and Carrie was so helpful and friendly. They Change my whole perspective about storage places. I am really happy to went there for the great and smooth experience with them and with all paperwork for renting a storage also we get the truck free for 24 hours!!! This is an amazing place and They are the best of the best!!!!! God bless them
