Impossible to get ahold of anyone. No one ever answers the phone. Took forever to get a appointment and had my sons procedure set. Got a call 10 days before the procedure and was told the doctors are going on vacation and they would have to schedule it for the following year. Even though it had been booked a month prior. Which meant I would have to pay my deductible TWICE. And they acted like it was no big deal to have to pay it twice. I had to beg and plead to finally get a appointment that day. The procedure went ok, but the staff sucks! Just so glad it’s over with and there’s no reason to go back.

When you go to the best and only one of a couple Pediatric urologists in the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches, you expect to wait - And its worth it! Once you see Dr Flack in pre-op you realize he is completely and entirely focused on your child! I'd have no other urologist work on my baby twins! Though they could use help with the logistics of appointments and phone calls, who gives a S*** about that when they do indeed take care of your children as if they are their own. And if its a real issue, keep calling until you get the practice administrator and let her know your frustration. She went many extra miles to make sure our babies were taken care of!!

Dr Flack is amazing doctor but his office staff is the absolute worse!!! My daughter has been a patient of his for 7 years. And its always a nightmare getting a hold of anyone. She needed refills on her meds (takes 4) I called everyday for a WEEK (sometimes 2 times a day) DO YOU THINK ANYONE WOULD CALL YOU BACK?!!! Today I finally blew up and threatened to go in the office and cause holy hell if I didn't get a call back! That's when they call you back!! I can't wait to see the doctor..I'm going to give him a piece of my mind and hopeful he fire all of them!!!!!!!
