My call wanted this mosaic artwork from pier one however the store didn’t have it so we called the store in Pennsylvania. A month later we found out that the Pennsylvania store refused to ship it because they thought it would break. Joe from this pier one was so helpful. He called Pennsylvania and stayed on the phone taking names till they said they would ship it for free. Joe was incredible and the customer service here was awesome!

The staff at this store always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome with a smile and a hello and to assist me with questions and purchases. My breakable items are always carefully wrapped and they're always willing to help look up items I may not be able to find. I can sometimes find merchandise at this location that is sold out at other locations which makes it worthwhile to treasure hunt. The store is a bit cramped, which mean you have to hunt, and some of the merchandise is often damaged.
I recommend you visit this store for nice shopping experience! They have to most interesting,unique and unusual furniture and other home decor. Bravo!
