I’m visiting Florida from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I called to request a taxi because I don’t know the area; even though I gave the address From point A to Point B.. less than 10 mins from where they’re located... the operator laughed and hung up. I called back and he literally argued on the phone with me for more than 5 mins and said I’m stupid because I don’t know where I’m visiting when I’m tourist and my Uber App had a glitch. So I professional and I’ll never recommend them to anyone. Negative stars for this taxi service. Horrible and ignorant employees
