Just finished closing on a Duplex! This market has been highly competitive and it’s almost impossible to successfully buy a dream home with all the competition out there with cash buyers. My realtor Nick Menzione was highly motivated and aggressive with finding a property that was not only in a good neighborhood, but also was in great condition. Agent Gabriel Gaffry tried to take money from my sister when she was denied for a loan to buy a house. He never tried to fight to get her escrow money back because he wanted to keep a portion of it. Even after he sold my sisters house, and made money he was still trying to be greedy and collect money from her failed purchase afterwards. All because her English isn't so great, he was trying to take advantage of her. He takes that remax "Advantage" literally.
