It's pretty great besides not having a ton of walking space in phase 2 and the way the parking lot wraps around in a tight winding circle makes it very tricky for more than 1 car to fit through at a time/kinda dangerous. Many times I'll have someone parked behind my reserved spot almost blocking me in or just making it very difficult for me to back out of my spot because there's so little parking and parking rules are not really enforced. There's also not a lot of guest spots but these are kind of minor and expected issues. Everything else is amazing. I love the space, I love my neighbors and the amenities/landscaping are nice.

Absolutely love Seabourn Cove. The community is beautiful and well maintained. Neighbors are extremely friendly. Community is very private and quiet. Grilling out by the pool deck has become a nearly nightly occurrence. Gym equipment is new and is a great alternative to your local gym if you don't feel like leaving the community. Both gyms overlook the pool. They even have men and women's saunas. Simply put, amenities are top notch. Can't get a much better value for the space in South Florida.
I've been living here for over two years now. It's has been an amazing experience. The best part about living at Seabourn Cove is their leasing manager Iana G. She was my first experience at Seabourn Cove and the main reason I signed that lease. As each year passes she continuously shows how much she loves what she does and works hard for every resident here. When I had my doubts about resigning, she was my main supporter. Thank you so much Iana! I'm here to stay :)
If you are looking for unsafe place to live this is the right place , someone broke into my car recently I haven’t hear nothing from management at this point . Just because I am a visitor I guess. Do Not Move To this place , horrible service.
There should be an option for no stars in this situation. Absolutely terrible community. Walked in to the unit after being away for a few days to find huge sections of mold on ceiling, walls, closet and doorframe. Reported it on a Friday and was told by the assistant manager roofers would be coming out that day, which wasn’t really believable as it was getting later in the day, was raining, and it was a Friday. It continued to rain that weekend and water started to come out of both the ceiling fan, and the smoke detector. Had to remove furniture and clothing to prevent further issues. Not even livable, and the managers and maintenance give you a nonchalant answer of how this is normal and that it’s acceptable to occupy. Could of all been avoided with proper preventive maintenance of an existing problem. Not something that can be remedied by throwing some plaster and paint on the wall. Also, you pay to live in a gated community, yet the gates have not operated in probably over 6 months and are always open. Luckily this was short term for me, but for those of you looking at this place, do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere to find a community that actually takes care of their residents.
The community is beautiful, very well maintained, and it’s a great location. There is any amenity you could possibly want on the property and just a short bike ride to the beach.
Not a bad spot. Luckily the PLANdemic kept rent for skyrocketing. Garbage pickup is still a slob job. They pick and choose when to pick up. When they don’t feel like picking up they leave these little notes you’d see from a 3rd grade math class, on your door. With the current state in mind. Place is quiet. Eriely quiet. But fine. Place needs improvements without a doubt.
