Mike was extremely helpful on my mothers move from independent living to assisted. His guidance and patience was extremely helpful in doing this from afar by phone. My mothers transition was easy and her place looked almost the same from one apartment to another... so she could find things and feel relaxed I would recommend him for sure during a very stressful time and all the COVID restrictions.

From the moment I called to request services I was treated with kindness and professionalism. I explained the situation exactly - that the patient had dementia and was blind and was moving to a new location and required being quarantined for 14 days and was not allowed visitors. No easy feat for anyone to handle. But the companions sent (both) over a 2 week period exceeded all expectations. They each called the family daily, (often more than once to "check in"), bonded with the patient and facilitated his adjustment to a brand new environment. Senior Helpers went above & beyond - they were always accessible and willing to do whatever was necessary for a smooth transition. In addition they provided 5 star ***** employees - beginning from those who answered the phone to the schedulers to the caregivers to management. Thank you Senior Helpers - not only for what you have done but for the efficient, professional, empathetic and seamless way you have done it !!!

Ann I cannot say enough great things about Chantale Louis Charles!! She is so patient, kind and respectful to my sister Ann as she is our primary caregiver for her. She is always going above and beyond my expectations and is a loving, caring companion to her. Marie Olivier in the office is also the Best! She has run through hoops trying to find a perfect match in care staff to work with Ann. She calls me on her own time to make sure I am happy with the care Ann is getting and to be sure I don't need anything. She has gone into the office on a Saturday when a substitute caregiver went to Allegro without her ID card, printed an ID card for her and called and apologized for the caregiver being late. Marie is outstanding!! I feel as though both of these women are an extended part of my family. They have made my life and my sisters life bearable as Ann lives through this ugly disease of Alzheimer's. Have have loved her like she was family and I am so grateful to both of them.
