Food seems to be always old and reheated. Really gross. Slimy tomatoes and lettuce with a hard bun.The milk shake that I ordered had powdered chunks in it so it wasn't mixed properly. Better to go across the street and order Steak and Shake!

Excellent service staff and food. The app is great and clean, looks great on iPhone. Sonic building style is perfect in the time of COVID. The parking lot ordering terminals are an eyesore though because they have been neglected and some are out of order.
The server brought our drinks out without a drink holder even with us ordering it for to go then only brought 1 straw with 3 drinks then didn't include the whip cream on top of 2 of the 3 milkshakes. Every time he had to go back inside to grab something else, that he should've had to begin with, he got more and more attitude with me for sending him back. This is your job. You should know what is required to drink a milkshake since this is what you choose to do for work.
