Been here for 5 years. Never had any issues. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I like the fact that I can use the resident portal to do many things. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and safely.

As someone who visits a loved one frequently here, I would only recommend this dump for the ones I want to see suffer. Management constantly(and inconsistently) delivers various empty promises to complaints until rent payments are threatened to cease, or a threat to call the sheriffs department. A 2 month old leak in the ceiling was eventually advised (after two months of complaints) to be ignored until rent payments were threatened to cease until the issue was fixed, a neighbor or two being constantly loud at almost all hours(late hours into the night included) and is still an issue, 4-6 complaint calls later. There are numerous cars parked in the road and blocking a lane when going to the building my loved one resides in, as well as a random caution cone in the middle of one of the parking lots. PRO: the name is pretty. I do not feel safe visiting here, I would never consider moving here, and I will not when apartment hunting. As a mere visitor this place is awful and gets worse every time I come here.

There is a lot to like about the place, but there are serious problems, too. The office staff is helpful but often swamped with too much work. When they are available, they are terrific. The maintenance staff are great and fast to respond. The apartments themselves are fine and a good value. The bad: There is too high of a percentage of trashy people who live like trashy people, and since you are in an apartment complex with them, you have to live with it. Dumpsters overflow and people just throw garbage in the parking lot and on the walkways. Music will come blasting out of a neighbor's apartment at any time. People frequently blazing away in the public areas. I even got to witness a street car drag race on the driveway.

I love it here. The staff are all amazing. I know they work hard to keep everything in order, but, I would like to not see trash in the parking lot and in the grassy areas. It seems recently it's become a problem.

they do not clean the stairs or the waxes, they never answer the office phone, you ask for a service and they almost never comply with it, you pay a very expensive rent to receive so little service, the dirty pool does not clean it, the playground of super dirty children. poor lighting at the entrance. and in the parking lot ... ...... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
