On a normal day this would be a 5 star review. This is my Tijuana location and can say their normal staff and service is EXEMPLARY but...tonight I am beyond disturbed. My food came out basically frozen. It took forever for my dessert to come, it never did actually come out. The employees were polite enough and tried. The “manager” who I’m hoping is just on duty tonight was extremely rude, did not acknowledge me, did not respond to the one question I asked and obviously did not even pretend to apologize. I am beside myself at her behavior, she did not have a name tag so who knows...Josh the general manager is an absolute GEM as is the general staff. I hope this is a one time occurrence but I felt this needed to be addressed and unfortunately this was the only way to ensure that it does as your website does not allow for direct contact.

I was very impressed. The portions were generous for the price and the food tasted good. We ordered takeout and everything came prepared as ordered with all the essentials in the bag (napkins, utensils, straws etc). A couple noteworthy things from the experience was the very hip decor inside and the churros were a definite hit. Not the greatest mexican/texmex, but for a chain, very impressive.

Let me start off by saying, WOW. I don’t go out of my way to make reviews often, but this location is amazing. I haven’t been to Tijuana in a while, and I moved to the area a few months ago. So it was my first time here. The manager on duty, Michael, greeted me. Super nice and sweet, and I had the best experience with the cashier. I can’t remember her name, but she’s super friendly and great with her customers! I used to work in food service, and I don’t get such great experiences like this often. Tijuana has a great team here at this location and I hope the staff is treated as amazingly as they treat their customers! I will definitely be back to see them again! Thank you so much

First time eating a little disorienting for an old man. Enjoyed my wings and beverage. Fell in love with atom peppers. Needed a refill on drink because sometimes I like it hot.

Great service, everyone was really nice and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. I always love the food here, the Chimiganga is my favorite. Our phone was dying and they were going to move a table over to the only outlet in the dinning area to help us out. Really great atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!

Me and my fiancé are visiting from New York and wanted some Mexican. I read all the reviews before going and they all rave about the food. Let me tell you they did not disappoint. Both entrees we got we’re amazing. I would highly recommend trying it out if you want some amazing Mexican food!

Friendly staff and they wrapped up my bottles of hot sauce that I bought for me for no extra charge, they were pretty much gift-wrapped, so if you want to give hot sauce as a gift get it from the tequila Flats. They served up an excellent burrito also.
