OUTSTANDING Service! VERY HAPPY. I feel compelled to write this. Caesar took me in his back office, I had a BIG Job. And he put together a deal that blew the competition Away by over 500 I saved! FIVE. HUNDRED. This man made me feel like family. I left my car with him, went home, 5 mins away, and 7 hours later picked up my Whip. Asked him to see the old parts, because I trust no one, And Got no Attitude, just GREAT PROFESSIONALISM & Proof my car was fixed! I'm a Customer for Life. My Lexus drives GREAT!

I got 2 flat tires on 95 and had to get a tow here. Gary was great, he took me in right away, was very very kind, and really helpful! That would’ve been enough to warrant an awesome review..... but it gets better! Knowing I was on a budget, Caesar gave me a massive deal so I didn’t have to drive on my spare. Its not a common occurrence that a company will go out of their way to make sure you’re safe and happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!! Best auto service experience I’ve ever received in my life, hands down!
All the personnel were very friendly and treat their customers with honesty. Clifton pointed out that rotating the tires wouldn't be good at this time because the front tires were too worn. There was one problem but it was resolved quickly
This place is a hidden gem! It’s so clean inside and they are super quick! They are all very professional, expeditious, and transparent in their stellar customer service approach! Caesar showed me what was wrong with my tire/rotor/break situation and was compassionate in his approach. As a female these moments can be intimidating, but these guys are true rockstar professionals. Denis welcomed me...and helped me through the process too—as he also offered me water upon arrival David, the service provider who did the actual physical labor for my rotors and breaks along with stud replacement (due to another shops poor job) WAS EXCEPTIONAL and timely!! I couldn’t believe how awesome he was and how clear he was with my matter!!! I am new to town, so I am in love with this place and will remain loyal to this phenomenal establishment!!! What a fantastic and unexpected experience!!! I enjoyed every bit of their service given my emergency tire and break situation —-they really helped me to feel at ease!!!! Cheers Guys!!! Keep it up!!!
AMAZING service. Called around and every person had a wait 1-2-3 hours. I called tire kingdom and they got me in right away and had me out in less than an hour for an alignment, balance and a rotation. Very friendly staff and SANITARY! 10/10 recommend for any of your car troubles!
This place is a little slow and pretty expensive. Waited 1.5 hours for an estimate that was supposed to take 15 minutes. The estimate was pretty pricy, I would not recommend.
I was helped by Cesar who is a manager at this location. The service was very prompt and honest. Cesar took the time to show me the different types of tires so I could look at the tread depth. He also worked within my budget. Excellent service. I highly recommend this location.
This is the best Tire Kingdom! The store manager Cesar goes above and beyond. He always gets us right in and provides the best service. We trust and value his expertise. We won’t go anywhere else! If you want top notch service this Tire Kingdom is the number one spot! Give it a try they don’t disappoint!
