This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever dealt with. Patients can not get hold of the doctor to refill prescriptions that are needef. They cancel appointments constantly. Today I confirmed my appointment an hour before I was supposed to be there. 15 minutes before my arrival time they cancelled. I was told that was because she had no staff and that I shouldn't shoot the messenger. Funny if I canceled last minute like that they would have charged me ... Guess I should be sending them a bill for my canceled appointment. Highly DO NOT recommend. Find a doctor who does more than schedule and cancel appointments.

My impression of this practice after a couple of visits is not very positive. It seems their goal is to generate as many office visits as possible by requesting numerous tests or procedures, some of them unnecessary. But what is most unacceptable is that I have had two Covid tests performed there. The first never came back from the lab. I agreed to a second test on October 5th with the requirement that I have the results back before I left for an out of town trip. I never got a call from their staff, and when I called them, they blamed it on the lab AGAIN. I returned from my trip and got tested at another location, which resulted in a positive Covid result. Because of their negligence, I may have infected other family members!

The ABSOLUTE WORST doctor/office I've ever been too. Avoid this place at all costs. I've received better care with better bedside manner at the walk-in and ER than here. I had questions and Dr. Sussman said that I was taking up too much of her time. Horrible beside manner and no real care for her patients but they'll try and sell a 25 y/o on some cosmetic procedure they don't need. They'll do anything to get you back in the office to pay your copay again. Oh you need B12 shots you have to go to the pharmacy every month and then bring it to our office (and pay the copay) so we can administer B12 shots also didn't do a thing. I was referred to this office for Dr. Morad who has left but was still on the website. I heard great things about her no wonder she is not with this practice any more, the office staff also couldn't care less. they made sure you knew you were interrupting their phone time by having an appointment, constantly forgot to send things you requested or would just tell you how to do things yourself instead of doing them or giving you the proper paperwork to complete the task. No one ever called back when requested all they said was you'll have to come in, even if it was a question about the medication.

Is there a zero star option? Avoid this place at all costs. Dr. Mora was previously part of the practice but it is painfully clear why Dr. Sussman can not keep any employees on staff. Not one employee has remained on. I'll spare the details of my repeated frustrations with this office but I think the bottom line is that Sr. Sussman is constantly looking for ways to increase money coming in. That seems to be her first priority and is counterintuitive to getting the proper care you need. We only stayed on because of instances of emergency and returned against our better instincts but my husband and I will never return. I already found a new doctor for my mother months ago. Dr. Sussman is probably has the worst listening and organization skills I have ever encountered in a health professional. Please take heed.

Over and over I have had billing issues with this office. I also always feel like they're just trying to get me in for another appointment no matter what i'm there for.
