I lived in Via Lugano for a year. I understand that no apartment will ever be perfect but the staff have been so responsive to each of my concerns in a timely and reasonable manner. Sonia, Kashmyhr and the rest of the staff are amazing. The place has a great gym, sauna, pool and walking trail. The place is absolutely safe even after hours. There is a good walking trail as well. I will definitely recommend this place who are looking to rent. Thank you Via Lugano!

If I could give a one star I would. First off, YES, they have COCKROACHES. Check out the pics. Then, there is a 60 monthly mandatory fee for cable. Then you have to pay 200 non refundable edge fee on top of the 275 management fee. Not to include deposit and monthly water bill. The staff is RUDE. Very rude. I moved here last week and I am very dissatisfied. I am already ready to go. Outside is very noisy especially from the garages opening and closing. Every building has a garage and I am assuming that people live here because they have no other choice. When you get to the front office there is female that does the applications, be aware of her. She has attitude for days. I just don’t understand how uneducated underpaid staff thing they have a status because they sit at a desk. Also, the place is far from luxury. It is just like any other apartments around. Take the time to shop and find a better deal for your money. Check out the pictures of the current state!! They have rats living and walking around by the gates and it’s only one dumpster.

THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! RENTERS BEWARE!!! There are very shady people working in the Leasing Office here, I got approved to move in to a new one bedroom apartment, I viewed the place after my application was approved by one of the leasing agents, Lauren. I sent all of my personal information to her, banking info, etc. Then 2 days before my Move-In date I was given a call that I was denied and they could not explain to me why and when I spoke to a manager on the phone, Donna, hung up on me. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!

This is the condition of the new apartment i rented. The floor, tub, kitchen, toilet, everything was filthy. They had dead cockroaches in the cabinets when I moved in. The staff is rude and entitle. Save your money and time and find another property because this is not worth it.

I do enjoy living here. Everyone in the office seems to be nice. There are only a few things I can say against them. They send emails out regarding parking. Cars parked in handicap or broken down cars with expired tags. They say cars will be towed but nothing ever is. They like to turn power off to buildings not considering kids are home learning and people working.

I’ve been living here since 2018. I enjoy the well kept facilities, the peace and quiet and landscaping. I don’t use the amenities to be honest but they are kept in great shape; there’s a gym, tennis court, sauna, swimming pool with hot tub. I’ve personally never had an issue with the staff; they’ve always been pleasant to me. I only had the a/c go out once and it was fixed in a timely manner. I just renewed my lease for another 10 months. It is centric, lots of restaurants near by, grocery stores, shopping. Overall, a great place to call home.

Donna in the leasing office was absolutely horrible, I had the finance to be a resident there and my friend who had a lower income got in the apartment no problem, I provided income and proof and she was just so rude about it and unfair as can be. Tons of nicer apartments in Boynton anyway
