I interacted with 5 employees here, and everyone was very cordial and patient. It shows that folks enjoy their jobs here, from the enthusiasm that went into helping me find a design i liked, sizing, fitting etc. The ring that resulted was a unique piece of work that fully met my expectations (and right on time!), and was made by the talented folks in this shop from recycled precious metals. I would not have anticipated this much attention to detail for what was surely a modest transaction in the grand scheme of things. Ill be back for sure , if for no other reason than to admire some of bab's killer mineral collection that she accents her shop with. Cheers!

The shop owner is so kind and welcoming. Even with my puppy in the store, she gave him treats and showered him with love. Their ring cleaning is out of this world. I havent seen my sapphire engagement ring sparkle like this since the day my husband proposed over a year ago!!

While I came in for a ear piercing with Babs, the entire staff was attentive, conversational, and created a lighthearted atmosphere. They even inspected and cleaned my ring while I was waiting! Babs was great to work with–she was was efficient, communicative, and hygienic. I’d recommend Alara to anyone looking to get their ears pierced.

Everyone in the store is so nice. They make you feel very welcome, and Chantell is just amazing. She didn’t push me at all, and gave me so much information about the different gems I was looking for. She was super patient with me, even helping me the next day to finally make my purchase. She seemed to truly care that I was getting exactly what I wanted foe my wife. She is definitely a big reason why I ended up making my purchase here. She’s an example of the pinnacle of customer service.

The most amazing Merlot colored sapphire ring arrived today. All the way from Bozeman to Maui Hawaii! My new ring was designed by Alara’s owner Babs. And she and Chantell were amazingly helpful and friendly and funny! Their communication and personal touch were very welcome while trying to make a big purchase online. I love love love my ring.
