Good place to find clothes though not an extended selection. If you have the time and the patience to stroll through the alleys you can find bargains especially if you look at the clearances. If you have a shop credit card you can get discounts. Nice selection of jewelry.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!! I asked for 1 inch of my hair, a basic trim, she cut 4 inches off. She made me stand the entire time and instead of working in sections she cut straight across, all the way down my hair. She seemed surprised when we said the desk recommended JC Penney’s and I cried in my hotel after. Please save yourselves!!

I love coming to JC Penney for clearance browsing of the quick-wear-out basics and the classic style of poly top I wear for most of my work. This store can have some amazing sales on every category if you look close enough.
I go to J C Penny often and do find good stuff. Some of the brand there, though, are over priced. If you have the time and patience, you will find decent clothes at a good price point
Very disappointing visit. We went Thursday, Thanksgiving day at 3:00pm. They advertised free gift cards but only gave them away for 20 minutes. The ad did not have the time constraint. So no free gift card. Looking for junior denim jeans but the selection was almost nonexistent. They were also out of stock on line. I can see why they have had to close stores. So sorry to see because there are so few places to shop.
