Just replace watch battery and she scratch all over my watch, talk to manager and she said will fix it after wait for a month still no fix, be careful THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DO

I wish we could have experienced the great customer service these other reviews claim. We ordered a piece of jewelry as a gift, paid for it in full, and that same night found the same piece with the same options for a much lower price, even customized. We called promptly in the morning and asked to cancel our order, since we were told it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive anyway, and were told since it was "custom" (a mother's pendant in which you can choose from 3 birthstones, which is the nature of the piece anyway), that we could not cancel the order. We tried to be reasonable and asked them to price match the competition's price, to which we were told "we were given too much of a deal anyway." By the time it took this piece to arrive, we had already received, returned and been refunded the EXACT SAME piece of jewelry from the competitor. We called to check if the order had arrived, and they told us it was there. Went in to pick it up, and the associate handed my husband only the chain.... He asked where the pendant was, to which she had no clue. She checked her system and told us it had not yet arrived and asked if we wanted to keep the chain there until the rest of the order arrived. Frustrated, I told her that the chain isn't the important part of this sentimental gift. Two days later, we were called again when the order arrived and returned to retrieve it. The same associate handed the necklace to me in a mesh bag. I politely asked for a gift box, and was told that they were "out of boxes" (a week before Christmas). I was tempted to ask if they were giving customers 6000 engagement rings in little baggies, but instead went down the hall to another competitor and asked to purchase a gift box from them, to which I wasn't charged for. Too bad for Jensen that this gift will be in a box with a different jewelry store's name, I guess?

I would like to thank the ladies at Jensen Jewelers for there help today. I had 2 items to get taken care of. The first was a repair on a bracelet which was evaluated and will now be repaired. In a timely manner as well for a descent price. The second was a gift for my wife. The associate that helped me with the repair also helped with this. She showed me several items and helped me pair down my choices to a beautiful set of Ear Rings. The associate and the manager who also helped were well versed in the diamond clarity and settings, which helped in the decision of my choice. Thank you again for all your help.

Had such a great experience every time we walked in!! Super reasonable prices for the quality, great financing plans, knowledgeable staff. My wife and I both found beautiful engagement rings, my wedding band as well and always felt welcome. 10/10 would recommend

I wish I could leave zero stars. I brought my ring in over a month ago to get a new half shank because it kept breaking and they told me it would be done in September then they changed the date to October 11th and I still don’t have my ring. I called and the lady said she would call me back and let me know what was going on and she never called me back and I still can not get ahold of anyone in the store. Worst customer service I’ve received. I will definitely never be buying anything from here again! It would be one thing if they could call me back when they say they would but no one will communicate with me!

I got a ring sold to me and all they cared about was my money. Very Poor customer service. I also came back after purchase to ask some questions and the lady who helped me said not her problem and gave me a piece of paper that she said would help me, nope didn’t help me one bit. I do not recommend Jensen jewelers

The sales woman was friendly from the minute we walked in. I appreciated her prompt, helpful service. I was able to have my ring rhodium plated and cleaned in less than 15 minutes. I will absolutely be back!! 5 stars all day long!!

I went in tonight to get a battery changed in my watch. The customer service was great! Cetaira was friendly the whole time, she got the battery changed quickly and even made sure the date and time were set for me!
