Because of covid, only one dressing room was open today. There was a huge line/crowd of people waiting for the dressing room! If you’re so worried about covid, here’s an idea- open more fitting rooms so people can spread out! We even asked for then to open more and they said no! Lame, Macy’s!

Macy's was my favorite store, but I was kicked out by the sales manager, for not wearing a mask. I have a health condition, and even after explaining it to her, she kicked me out! I felt so sad! I called the Governor 's office, and they said that was not ok. I called Macy's , and talked to the manager, and explained. No apology, they told me to shop on line. I shopped online, and had Macy's bucks, that would take money off of what I purchased! I used them, and received an email that they took money off my purchase, then they waited so long to send it out! They charged me full price, because of their negligence! Shame! We are not New York!

I love the fact that every time I go in there to either shop for myself or shop for my wife all the employees all remember my daughter's name which is so heartfelt to me wonderful customer service and I would recommend Macy's to anybody else
