The technician sent to fix our water issue was meticulous and worked through the problem methodically to find the solve! He explained the issues he found clearly and explained the costs associated with each possible resolution. We have a new pump and a system that will be easier to service in the future. We hired Potts Drilling in 2003 to drill a water well on our lot in Big Sky. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They are responsive, professional and wonderful to work with...even 16 years later! The well itself was difficult to drill and ended up having to be quite deep. No problem for Potts. Once completed, Potts provided all the necessary paperwork with instructions on how to register the well with the county. I like that this is a family-owned business and has been for some time, I believe. You truly sense their integrity.
