The employees of Samuels Jewelers are wonderful! Jazz and Zach were extremely helpful with picking out the right wedding band for my fiance and I. I have tiny fingers and they came up with creative ways for me to see how things would look on my hand. They aren't just salesman there. They actually care about what the customer wants and will not sell you just anything. They want you to be happy and want you to love your jewelry. Highly recommend Samuels!

Go see Jaz! He walked us through the whole process to find the perfect wedding set and made sure we were 100% happy. He hasn't stopped there. We stop by every time we are there just to keep in touch. We can't recommend him highly enough.

I purchased a ring in December they told me that they were backed up and they would have it ready by Jan 22nd on the 22nd I got a call saying it was going to cost 10 extra dollars when I pick it up and it will be here for sure by the 28th well it's still not here and every day they tell me tomorrow that's all I hear I wouldnt buy nothing from them I cant imagine how hard it will be to warranty it if something happens uggg so frustrating if people are smart they would go to jensen's down the hall
Samuels jewelers in bozeman is amazing! Jaz and Jason were very very helpful and amazing employees to work with. Not only did they help me find the perfect ring, they made dreams happen. I highly recommend this store and will be doing business with them again.
My husband purchased my wedding ring in Dec 07 in Billings Mt. I seen the ring in Bozeman but when we went back it was gone so we purchased in Billings with warranty. My ring has been in several times to be replated. Lost one of the diamonds which they replaced but could tell they put it in wrong and you could tell. Took back and they fixed again. The first couple times I took my ring in it was anywhere from 10 days to 2 weeks to get back. Then one time it was over 4 weeks said that they had gotten a new jeweler and that his dog had had puppies and that was the delay. Another time said 3 weeks i waited they had the wrong phone no on our acct and found out it was there after a week when i finally called after 3 weeks said sorry tried to called you but phone was disconnected. Did you maybe think to send a letter that it was in..no just wait for the customer to call you. Every single time I have taken my ring in they have a different jeweler. Went in last Oct before a trip I was taking at that time said it would be 3 weeks and didn't want to go out of town without my ring so they cleaned and polished it in the store but could definitely tell my ring was no longer white gold but gold. So today my husband takes it in and now it is going to be 4 1/2 weeks to get back so I called and this time it is they have to send to the main office and they are doing inventory and that is delaying the process. Think twice about purchasing from this store if you want anything done or serviced. Awful!!!!
Staff was very helpful and we didn't leave until they made sure we were completely satisfied. They have a great selection and were great at helping us find the perfect engagement ring!
