I gave a pair of earrings to my grandma that came from the Gem Gallery. Unfortunately she lost one of them when she wore them out about a year after receiving them. The Gem Gallery Was able to get a matching earring and stone to complete the set again. It’s a perfect match and was fairly priced. Thank you!

My husband gifted me a “custom” necklace from the gem gallery. He was shown “one of a kind” settings that you could get for half the price at a Kay or Zales. When I went back in to discuss changing the setting for something that was more unique/my style, I was turned away and told to come back in a month or so. Needless to say, did not go back. Found something from another local jeweler that was exactly what I wanted and better priced.

I walked into the The Gem Gallery today to get my engagement ring appraised and look at potential wedding bands. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. There were no pushy sales pitches. I would 100% recommend taking a stroll through their beautiful store for your next special purchase!

Very disappointing experience. We selected a ring and were told by the salesperson that it would cost 200-300 for sizing in addition to the ring. When I went to checkout I was told the cost of the sizing would be 600 in addition to the ring. The salesperson should not have been quoting sizing costs if she didn’t know what she was talking about. I talked to Jason who I believe is one of the owners and he wouldn’t budge. We bought 2 fairly expensive rings in the past and I was terribly disappointed they wouldn’t honor what they quoted. I’m not sure I will ever step foot in the Gem Gallery again.
