As a business owner and community member, service and courteousness are a must. Upon pickup the trailer I had tried to rent online was unavailable, and the two gals didn’t offer one bit of help to try and find one elsewhere or attempt to be helpful. I went to another location and they didn’t have one, but were super friendly and went out of there way to try and find me the car transfer trailer. It ended up that they got me in touch with the cooperate office and the gal I talked to on the phone was great, and got me setup with a one way trailer for the same price as what it would have been to rent and return to the same location. Overhaul uhaul was great, but not this location. I returned the trailer back the the 7th street location in Bozeman and Again was not greeted or treated with helpful or friendly service. Hoping to see some improvement as I would NOT recommend this location currently due to their service. I don’t write poor reviews, but needed to express my experience in hope that they’ll change things.
