Yesterday a young woman slid off the road in the snow near our house. She had a VW Tiguan and I was trying to hook up my tow rope to see if I could pull her out. I wasn't sure where to hook onto her car. I called Volkswagen of Bozeman to see if they could tell me. A very sweet lady named Emma answered the call. I told her what info I was looking for and she ask for my phone number and said she would call back. A few minutes later Emma called back and then transferred me to a great guy in service. He walk me through exactly how to do it. I could tell they really wanted to answer my questions and he did. It was outstanding service!
