Recently started using BP rolls after reading good reviews. Have taken two of our vehicles to Them now and they have been fantastic. Always friendly and professional ( Sara jane was very helpful And friendly on the phone) staff always courteous and service excellent. Wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else. My car was wonderfully clean and smelt fab when returned . Thank you .
Excellent service received today. Called first thing as could not lock my bonnet into position and was driving to Nottingham that day. Was told to pop in and someone would have a look. Stuart took the car and within 10 minutes had fixed the problem free of charge. Will be returning to get the catch replaced as on its last legs, but so grateful for the quick and efficient service.
Recently had my MOT here and really happy with the service I recieved. Receptionist was amazing and sorted out a lift home and back rather than waiting for MOT to be done. Driver was really friendly. Thank you
