They really support you, and go beyond to make you feel comfortable. I had a vacuum aspiration, which was very scary thought for me however the tremendous staff were so warm and made me feel like I was with family not just health care professionals. I don't have a great support system and coming here was like getting a warm hug. I can't reccomend them enough. During the procedure, they took care of me very well. Usually when you go to the doctors, you feel like just a patient on a list but I really felt taken care of on an emotional level which is so important considering the nature of the appointment. I almost cried leaving because it made me realise that there's people out there who really care and are so lovely. The procedure also isn't as scary as it may sound! This is coming from somebody who has nobody, and is scared of instruments and anything to do with surgery. Wow, these people deserve so much recognition. Thank you for making my experience so much better than I thought, almost a positive experience for what is a memory that is usually very negative.

I cannot praise this place enough. It was a really tough decision to make and I was given lots of time to ensure it was the right decision for me. From the warm welcome at reception to leaving after treatment I was treated with the utmost respect and never once did I feel judged or rushed. Thank you fir being there when I needed the help, advice and time. I would usually end a good review with I would definitely visit again however in the nicest possible way I hope I never have to again bit if I do I would not hesitate to use this team again.
I wouldn't even give this place a single star, tried to counsel my daughter out of having a termination. Even showing her the scan and printing pictures. You are not there to change minds you are simply there to support these girls decisions which are difficult enough without your midwives opinions!!! Disguising
Fantastic staff, give 110% to women. Offering a choice and options to all, at what can be a difficult time. People are always going to complain about such a sensitive area, knowing only half of what goes on in this company and women's lives.
